Coaching Genie Meetings allows to create and manage Zoom Meetings for Group Events. Title, date, time, and time zone become synchronized. Zoom Meeting Link is displayed in Group Event and automatically is attached in its email notification.
How to Add Coaching Genie Zoom Meetings integration?
1. Before starting the adding process, login to your Zoom account and to your Coaching Genie coach account.
2. Find Coaching Genie Meetings application at Zoom App Marketplace. Click the link to add it.
3. Coaching Genie will request access to your Zoom account to read and write Meetings. Click Authorize.
4. You will be redirected to Coaching Genie home screen and the adding flow is complete.
How to use?
1. Navigate to Group Events page
2. Click Create New Event or select a created one.
3. Click Create zoom event. Fill in other inputs.
4. Press Publish
5. Zoom link will become available in the event and automatically will be attached in its email notification.
How to Remove Coaching Genie Zoom Meetings integration?
- Login to your Zoom Account and navigate to the Zoom App Marketplace.
- Follow Manage > Installed Apps or search for Coaching Genie Meetings app.
- Choose Coaching Genie Meetings app.
- Click Remove.
